30-Day Eligible Issue Support

We want you to feel confident choosing OAVA. If your umbrella isn’t right for you, please contact support@oavaumbrella.com within 30 days of delivery and send it back within 7 days of letting us know. For change-of-mind returns, please keep the item unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. If we confirm a product defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Product claims do not cover misuse, normal wear, accidents, or alterations. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The sleeve is made from water-resistant fabric designed to contain everyday rainwater from a wet umbrella. It’s intended for daily carry rather than prolonged water storage.

How do I dry the sleeve after use?

Simply pull the sleeve out and leave it open to air-dry. Once dry, rotate the base to retract it neatly back into the handle.

How does OAVA handle windy weather?

OAVA is designed for reliable everyday use, with a sturdy construction that provides added stability in windy and changing weather conditions.

Does the sleeve cover the handle too?

Yes. Unlike conventional umbrella sleeves, OAVA’s sleeve extends from the canopy to the handle, helping contain water from the entire closed umbrella.
