If your umbrella isn’t right for you, please contact support@oavaumbrella.com within 30 days of delivery and send it back within 7 days of letting us know. For change-of-mind returns, please keep the item unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. If we confirm a product defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
