If your OAVA umbrella arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@oavaumbrella.com.

Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where relevant. For product-related issues, showing the canopy, frame, handle, and built-in sleeve can help us resolve the issue more quickly.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution, depending on the nature of the issue. If a return is required, we will provide further instructions.

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, change of mind, personal preference, or no longer needing the item.
